Gender: Only female candidates are eligible.

Domicile: Must be from Dibrugarh, Tinsukia, Sivasagar, Charaideo (Assam) or Changlang District (Arunachal Pradesh).

Age Limit: 17–35 years as on 31 December 2025.

Educational Qualification:

10+2 (Science – PCB) & English with 40% marks OR

10+2 in Arts with English Core/Elective & 40% marks OR

10+2 vocational ANM course with 40% marks & registered as ANM OR

Equivalent qualification from recognized boards (including open schooling) with 40% marks.
