Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) has released the list of candidates shortlisted for document verification for the recruitment of Assistant Accounts Officer (AAO) (Class-III post) of Assam Power Distribution Company Limited (APDCL). These candidates are shortlisted based on their performance in Screening Test (OMR + Written) of which was conducted by the Commission on 23/03/2025.

APDCL Interview & Document Verification Schedule

Candidates qualified in Screening Test (OMR + Written) eed to appear Document Verification & Personal Interview (Viva-voce) from 19th February 2026. Schedule is as given below: 
Date of document verification: 19th February 2026
Venue: Assam Public Service Commission (APSC), Jawaharnagar, Khanapara, Guwahati-22.
Kindly note that candidates appearing for document verification must bring the following testimonials in original along with self attested photocopies in chronological order (matriculation onwards), thereof for verification/scrutiny on the aforementioned date.

i. H.S.L.C/H.S Admit Card/Mark sheet/ Pass Certificate as proof of age.
ii. H.S.L.C Mark sheet and Pass Certificate.
iii. H.S.S.L.C Mark sheet and Pass Certificate.
iv. Mark sheets of each semester/year and Pass certificate of Bachelor’s Degree(Arts/Science/Commerce).
v. CGPA Conversion Formula for Graduation of respective Universities,
vi. Computer diploma certificate indicating the duration of course.
vii. Permanent Residential Certificate/employment Exchange Registration Certificate.
viii. State Government Employees of Assam must submit No Objection Certificate from their respective employer or Permanent Residential Certificate/ Employment Exchange Registration Certificate.
ix. Caste Certificate in latest format of Govt. of Assam (if applicable).
x. PwBD certificate. (if applicable)
xi. BPL Card, indicating the name of the candidate. (if applicable).
xii. Declaration Form A (“May be downloaded from APSC’s website”)
xiii. E-Admission certificate of the Screening Test.
xiv. Candidates with documents having inconsistencies in name, father’s name etc., must be supported by
an affidavit addressing and affirming the correct details. (if applicable)
xv. Any other documents that may be relevant for their candidature.
