Eligibility Criteria
Citizenship & Residency Requirements
✔ Must be an Indian Citizen (as per Articles 5 to 8 of the Indian Constitution).
✔ Must be a permanent resident of Assam.

- PRC (Permanent Resident Certificate) issued in Assam for educational purposes or
- Employment Exchange Registration Certificate

Educational Qualification
