- This Provisional Merit List is prepared on the basis of the credentials submitted by the candidates themselves, during online application and subsequent Physical Document Verification.
- Any mismatch, discrepancy in the uploaded credentials will lead to cancellation of the candidature.
- Any claim for appointment to the post of Teachers on the basis of mere appearance of name in Provisional Merit List will NOT be entertained.
- Appointment letters will be issued only to the candidates whose name appears in the Final Select List, to be published in due course of time.
- To ensure genuineness of the uploaded documents, the credentials will be sent for Back-Office Verification from the competent Board/ Council/ University/ Authorities.
- Any negative report of Back-Office Verification, will lead to cancellation/ termination of candidature.
- This Provisional Merit List will automatically get cancelled once the next Provisional Merit List/ Final Select List is published.
- For any genuine grievance, the candidate may visit the office of the undersigned as follows with all supporting documents.
