Eligibility Criteria for IBPS Specialist Officer Recruitment

Age Limit (as on 01.07.2025):

Candidates must be between 20 to 30 years.
Date of birth should be between 02.07.1995 to 01.07.2005 (inclusive).

Age Relaxation:

• SC/ST: 5 years

• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years

• PwBD: 10 years

Educational Qualifications:

• I.T. Officer (Scale-I):
  BE/B.Tech in CS/IT/Electronics or PG in CS/IT/Electronics or DOEACC ‘B’ Level.

• Agricultural Field Officer:
  4-year Graduation in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Veterinary/ Animal Husbandry/ Dairy Science/ Fisheries/ Forestry/ Food Technology/ Agri Business Management and related fields.

• Rajbhasha Adhikari:
  PG in Hindi with English at graduation level or PG in Sanskrit with English and Hindi at graduation level.

• Law Officer:
  LLB degree with enrollment in Bar Council.

• HR/Personnel Officer:
  Graduate + 2-year full-time PG Degree/ Diploma in HR/IR/Personnel/Social Work/ Labour Law.

• Marketing Officer:
  Graduate + 2-year full-time MMS (Marketing)/ MBA (Marketing)/ PGDM with specialization in Marketing.
