District and Sessions Judge, Majuli has released an advertisement for the recruitment of 8 Peon and Chowkidar posts in the establishment of District and Sessions Judge, Majuli. Interested and eligible candidates may apply below.

Majuli Judiciary Recruitment 2024:

Judiciary
1. Peon

No of posts: 7 posts [UR: 4, OBC/ MOBC: 2, STP: 1]

2. Chowkidar:

No of posts: 1 post [UR]

Scale of Pay: Rs.  12,000-37,500 + GP Rs. 3900/- (PB-1)

Educational Qualification: Minimum Class VIII pass and those having Class XII Pass or above shall be ineligible to apply for these posts.

Other Criteria of Majuli Judiciary Recruitment

Citizenship: Candidates must be an Indian citizen as defined in the article 5 to 8 of constitution of India.

 
Employment Exchange Registration: Must have a Valid Employment Exchange Registration Certificate.
 

Age Limit: The candidate should not be less than eighteen (18) years of age and not more than forty (40) years of age as on 01/01/2025.

Age Relaxation: The category-wise age relaxation is as mentioned below.

# SC/ ST: 5 years
# OBC: 3 years

How to Apply for Majuli Judiciary Recruitment ?

# Interested and eligible candidates will have to apply in Standard Form of Application (published in the Gazette Part IX of Govt. of Assam) and same must be addressed to “The District & Sessions Judge, Majuli, Garamur, PIN-785104.” The last date of receipt of application is 21/12/2024 till 03.00 P.M.

# All applications must be sent by “registered post/speed post” to the aforementioned address and on the envelope [Application for the post Peon/Chowkidar (whichever applied)] must be mentioned.

# The application must be accompanied with the following:-

(i) 2 (two) nos. of recent coloured passport size photographs with full signature on reverse side.
(ii) Self-attested copies of testimonials in support of his/her Age, Caste And Educational Qualifications, Driving License (if any) etc.
(iii) The candidates must provide their phone number in their application form, written on the top of the Standard Form in Red Ink.
(iv) The Candidates have to submit a self-declaration certificate along with the application form stating that “he/she has not passed HSSLC or equivalent examination or above.”

# Candidates already in Govt. Service must apply through proper channel along with “No Objection Certificate” from the proper authority.
