About Governor Assam’s Pratibha Protsahan Yojana 2025
The Pratibha Protsahan Yojana, launched on 17th September 2024 by the Governor of Assam, is a flagship initiative to support UPSC Civil Services aspirants. It offers fully-funded coaching in Delhi to 10 meritorious candidates from Assam through a state-level talent search exam.
The program is managed by Raj Bhavan Assam in collaboration with Arya Pratibha Vikas Sansthan.

Selection Process – Pratibha Protsahan Yojana 2025
Selection will take place in three phases:

Shortlisting based on Class 12 and Graduation marks.

Written Screening Test (for approx. 4000 candidates) in the following locations:
