1. Manager / Deputy Manager (Dairy & FMCG Division)

Pay: CTC Rs.11 lacs- 17 lacs per annum including P.F & other Contributions. (Negotiable and commensurate with qualification and experience)

Age Limit: Candidates should not be less than 40 years of age and more than 45 years of age as on 1st January, 2024. However, relaxation may be given in case of extraordinary/ outstanding candidates with relevant experience.

Educational Qualification & Experience:

# Full-time MBA (Marketing) / PGDM (Marketing)
# Minimum 15 years of full-time experience in any industry along with a minimum 8 years of full-time experience in FMCG, leading a team of at least 10 team members. OR
# Minimum 10 years of full-time experience in any top FMCG Company, with exposure of working in North East Region (at least in 3 states other than Assam), with exposure in Rural Channel, General Trade & Modern Trade channels.
# Candidates from top FMCG companies shall only be considered.

2. Sr. Executive/ Executive (Stores & Logistics)

Pay: CTC Rs.8 lacs- 10 lacs per annum including P.F & other Contributions. (Negotiable and commensurate with qualification and experience)

Age Limit: Not above 40 years as on 1st January, 2024. However, relaxation up to 3 years may be given in case of candidate with and candidate with relevant experience.


Educational Qualification & Experience:
# Full-time Post-graduate degree/Diploma in Business Administration (Marketing) from a reputed Institution/ University.
# Must have 5 years’ full-time experience in the field of Stores and logistics management in the Dairy/ FMCG/Retail/ Manufacturing sector. Candidates having experience in other sectors need not apply.
# Must have experience of using Internet based applications, proficient in using and working with ERP System, MS Office and other related applications.

3. Assistant (Logistics) & Assistant (Inventory Management)

Pay: CTC Rs.4.5 lacs- 6.5 lacs per annum including P.F & other Contributions. (Negotiable and commensurate with qualification and experience)

Age Limit: Not above 35 years as on 1st January, 2024. However, relaxation up to 3 years may be given in case of extraordinary/ outstanding candidates with relevant experience.


Educational Qualification & Experience:
# Full-time graduation in any discipline.
# Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in Warehousing / Stores/ Inventory Management/ Logistics.

4. Deputy Manager / Sr. Executive (Dairy & FMCG Division)

Pay: CTC Rs.10 lacs – Rs.13 lacs per annum including P.F & other Contributions. (Negotiable and commensurate with qualification and experience)

Age Limit: Candidates should not be less than 35 years of age and more than 40 years of age as on 1st January 2024. However, relaxation may be given in case of extraordinary/ outstanding candidates with relevant experience.

Educational Qualification & Experience:
# Full-time Post-graduate degree/Diploma in Business Administration (Marketing).
# Must have 7-10 years’ full-time experience in the field of marketing & sales in the Dairy/ FMCG/ Retail sector. Candidates having experience in other sectors need not apply.
# Must have experience of using Internet based applications, proficient in using and working with ERP System, MS Office and other related applications.

5. Executive (Sales & Distribution and Logistics Management)

Pay: CTC Rs.8.5 lacs- 10 lacs per annum including P.F & other Contributions. (Negotiable and commensurate with qualification and experience)

Age Limit: Not above 33 years as on 1st January, 2024. However, relaxation up to 3 years may be given in case of candidate with and candidate with relevant experience.

Educational Qualification & Experience:
# Full-time Graduate in any discipline/Postgraduate degree/Diploma in Business Administration (Marketing).
# Must have 5 years’ full-time experience for Graduate/3 years’ full-time experience for Post Graduate in the field of marketing & sales in the Dairy/ FMCG/ Retail/ Manufacturing sector. Candidates having experience in other sectors need not apply.
# Must have experience of using Internet based applications, using and working with MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point and other related applications.
