Eligibility Criteria for Soil Conservation Recruitment

🛂 Citizenship:

• Must be an Indian Citizen as per Articles 5 to 8 of the Indian Constitution.

📍 Residency:

• Permanent resident of Assam is mandatory.

• Must produce either:

  • PRC (Permanent Resident Certificate) issued in Assam for educational purposes, or

  • Employment Exchange Registration Certificate.

🎓 Educational Qualification:

Candidate must have either of the following:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Science with at least one of the subjects:
   Physics / Chemistry / Botany / Geology / Forestry / Environmental Science.

OR

2. Bachelor’s degree in:

   • Agriculture

   • Agriculture Engineering

   • Civil Engineering
     (from a Govt. recognized University)

🏃 Physical Fitness:

• Candidates must meet physical standard requirements (height and chest measurements) as specified in the official advertisement.

🎂 Age Limit (as on 01-01-2025):

• Minimum: 21 years

• Maximum: 38 years

🔁 Age Relaxation:

• SC/ST: 5 years

• OBC/MOBC: 3 years
