SBI Platinum Jubilee Asha Scholarship 2026
The SBI Platinum Jubilee Asha Scholarship 2026 is a major scholarship initiative in India aimed at helping talented students from economically weaker families continue their education and achieve their goals. The programme is run by the SBI Foundation, the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) arm of the State Bank of India.
The scholarship covers students pursuing education through a wide range of academic pathways. It is available to school students from Classes 9 to 12, as well as undergraduate and postgraduate students studying at institutions ranked among the or accredited with an NAAC A grade.
The programme also supports MBBS students, students studying at IITs and IIMs, and students pursuing master’s degree programmes abroad at universities ranked among the Top 200 in the QS World University Rankings.
For 2026, the scholarship aims to provide financial assistance to 25,707 meritorious students from economically weaker families across India. A total scholarship fund of ₹100 crore has been earmarked for this initiative, giving thousands of deserving students an opportunity to pursue their education without financial hardship becoming a barrier.

Step 3: A new webpage will be opened.
Step 4: Enter your details as required in the portal; and register yourself.
Step 5: After registration, Click on Online Application Form and Login.
Step 6: Enter all credentials and upload your documents as required in the portal.
Step 7: Finally click on “Submit” and take print out of your submitted application.

- Admission Proof: Bonafide or admission proof from your institution and the latest fee receipt or fee structure.
- Personal Documents: Caste certificate for reserved categories and a home / family photograph of the applicant.
- Additional Documents: Category-specific documents such as entrance scorecards, offer letters, or a disability certificate.
