Objectives of Chief Minister’s Atmanirbhar Asom Abhijan
Under this initiative, the government is taking the inaugural step to lay the foundation for a brighter future. The key objective is to enable unemployed youth to become self-reliant by providing them with the necessary resources, guidance, and support. This includes training programs, financial assistance, and access to markets.
The government has outlined various components and strategies to achieve the objectives of Mukhyamantrir Atmanirbhar Asom Abhijan. These include:

Eligibility Criteria of CMAAA 3.0
The beneficiaries of Atmanirbhar Asom Scheme should fulfill the following criteria:
Age Limit: The age of the applicant should be within the age range of 28 to 45 years. In CMAAA 2.0, age calculation was made with 1st of April 2024 taken as reference date.
Educational Qualification:
Applicant must possess at least 4 years Degree in the field of Engineering, Medicine, Agriculture, Veterinary & Fishery.
Professional Skills: The applicant should possess skills, experiences, knowledge, etc., to undertake the income generating activities.
Loan Defaulter: The applicant should not have defaulted any loan taken from any scheduled commercial Bank in the past.
Family: Not more than one member from any family shall be eligible for availing benefit under this scheme. For the purpose of the scheme, family mean Husband, Wife, Brother and Sister.
Employment Exchange Registration: Applicant must be registered in of Assam .

- After successful completion of all above steps make registration fee payment as per your category and submit the form.
- At the end, an acknowledgement receipt will be generated against the submitted registration form .
