Educational Qualification

• Candidates shall possess the qualifications prescribed under the applicable UGC norms for appointment to the post of Assistant Professor.
• Preference shall be given to candidates possessing a Ph.D. Degree in the relevant discipline. Candidates pursuing a Ph.D. may also be considered, subject to their academic merit and the requirements of the University.
• Preference shall be given to experienced teachers having :

(i) at least one year of teaching experience at the University level, or
(ii) five years of teaching experience at a recognized college. 

Selection process consists of following three stages :

(i) Academic qualifications and credentials
(ii) Personal Interview and
(iii) Teaching Demonstration (Demo Class)

Every candidate shall deliver a Demo Class of not less than five (5) minutes before the Selection Committee. The teaching demonstration shall be assessed as an integral component of the selection process.

How to Apply for Auniati University Recruitment ?

Applications shall be submitted on or before 25th July 2026, up to 5:00 P.M., either online (through e-mail at auniatiuniversity@gmail.com or offline, in the prescribed Application Form for the post of Assistant Professor.

Each application shall be accompanied by self-attested copies of all relevant certificates, mark sheets, testimonials, experience certificates, publications and other supporting documents. Incomplete applications or applications received after the prescribed date and time shall not be considered.
